Suitable for treating from 0.5 to 25 m³/d,
Low Boiling Point
They operate in a range of 30° to 38°, which allows obtaining a high quality distillate with low (COD) Chemical Oxygen Demand
Optimal Evaporation Conditions
They work at pressures of 7-9 kPa, ensuring efficient evaporation.
High COD Reduction
Ideal for applications requiring a significant reduction in organic load.
Customizable Options
Possibility of incorporating external exchangers, materials such as 316 L stainless steel, Hastelloy or Titanium optionally depending on the quantity of chlorides (> 100 mg/l maximum in 316 stainless steel), and additional systems such as internal scraper or external sleeve.
Advanced Operation
The BC evaporators increase the pressure by refrigerating the R407C gas with a compressor, raising its temperature to 70 degrees. This heat is transferred to the wastewater through a heat exchanger. Subsequently, the gas expands through a special valve, generating cold that is injected into another exchanger to condense the steam produced inside the boiler. This revolutionary technology allows for vacuum operation, reducing the boiling point to 30 degrees of the product to be treated.
Thanks to the separation of the thermal system from the wastewater, the system is very efficient and robust.
