VTR-S Crystallizer: The Optimal Solution
The ZEWATECH VTRS crystallizer is a versatile and self-cleaning system, ideal for treating wastewater with high viscosity and solids. Its compact design and its ability to handle high scaling make it perfect for a wide range of industrial applications.



Innovative Operation
Through a scraped falling film evaporation technique, the VTRS maximizes the efficiency of crystallization. An agitation and scraping system prevents the accumulation of salts, while an intelligent design ensures the recovery of a concentrated and dry product.
The VTR10.000S model, designed for large flows, can be adapted through parallel configuration to meet specific needs, guaranteeing a tailored solution with automated control and outstanding energy efficiency.
